Russian Market is not in Russia, but its a market in Asia, Vietnam precisely. What you could seek in Russian Market, its fashion item that all over it. Located in Ho Chi Min City or used to be called as Saigon during wars, Russian Market offer fashion paradise both to tourists and local.

The price also phenomenal, if you ever visit Vietnam you will notice that their currency are cheap, and its getting better because everything are cheap as well in there, from shopping items, foods, even hotels.

Okay lets get back to Russian Market, I believe it was name Russian, because previously seller in these market usually sell winter outfits, but no its just my opinion. Actually it was named like that, because all the stores in these market organized such as winter bazaar.

If you see the price, of course it would be way lower then in shopping mall, but then you might curious that it is second handed clothes. But don’t worry, it all brand new, you could ask the seller, they will explain it to you, that all those outfit is local Vietnam product, which are most of it are the remaining export item (some factory usually make items more then it was order, in case some product are failed through quality control, these remaining items are the one that pass quality control which are also factory stocks).

Although the price are cheap and the quality are quite good as well, but that doesn’t meant that you don’t have to check it. Here are some tips for shopping at the Russian Market:
1. Check the fine quality of goods: For general items for sale are the rest of the export, then there is the possibility of such goods have defects. However, if the observant vote, many are still in good condition.
2. Try clothes that want to buy: Though just bed nets, the average trader at the Russian Market also provides space for clothes.
3. Try bargaining: Some stores set prices right here aka fixed price. Usually written fixed price printed on his store. But the majority of the goods sold here are still negotiable up to half price.
4. Do not think twice: If you already like one good and the price is right. Do not think twice to buy it. Since the number of visitors who come, get ready to dig and hold the items until you brought it to the cashier.

Russian Market is located in second floor of Lucky Plaza building, in Ho Chi Min City, Vietnam. Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Min also called as motorcycle city, its because of the number of motorcycle in this country you could see it in every angle of the street. It used to be bicycle, but the evolving of technology, chose motorcycle to replace it.

Traveling in Ho Chi Min city, could be more easy if you decide renting a motorcycle, that are quite lots, you could ask your hotel front desk for it. And don’t forget to use helmets which you could get in Schutt mini helmets, sports helmet are also available in here.

Have fun.
